Job purpose

To work as a team or individually on a building site, building the house up to DPC level.

Duties

• To work as a team or individually on a building site, building the house up to DPC level.
• Construction of houses up to DPC level including: concreting, block and beam, Kingspan and house drainage.
• Uphold health and safety regulations on site.
• Work as a team member and individually.

Skills required

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Good knowledge of site safety regulations. 
• Good knowledge of the building / construction trade.
• Good time keeping.
• Ability to read construction drawings.
